Printer logon script doesn't work with Vista

I am on a domain/ad environment wheer the DCs are windows 2003 server and print server is Windows 2000 server. I am using the below logon script to map HP Laserjet 4200/4250 printers:

Set WshNetwork = CreateObject("WScript.Network")
Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WshNetwork.AddWindowsPrinterConnection \\printserver\printername

The above is working fine on all XP clients but not on Vista clients, although the printers are configured with Vista drivers on the print server, If am trying to login on to a Vista client then the printers are not installed and I get the following message:

"To use the shared printer \\printserver\printername, you need to install the printer driver on your computer. If you do not recognize or trust the name and location of the printer, do not install the driver."

You should try to upgrade your print server to Windows 2003, you will get a new Print Managment option in same that allows deployment of printers via Group Policy. You can try to deploy printers to different groups of people or various groups of computers. Incase you dont want to upgrade then it might be a loca security policy setting that is disallowing certain users to install printers. It can be set from a GPO side as well.
