BSOD with WLAN adapter (Lutec WLA-54L, Atheros AR5007UG)

I am get serious system errors while using Lutec WLA-54L USB WLAN adapter on Vista. I am not able to find the reason behind that, but after upgrade I am getting constant blue screen. When I checked the error log I found that error is due to this one. I had started with fresh setup. I removed XP first and then started installing the drivers. The system crashed on WLAN installation. I reported the same to Microsoft and found no help from there. So it looks there are less chances of using this adapter on Vista. I need help to work on the same. Thanks.

It basically depends on the compatibility. Because if there is no appropriate drivers available then you can't do anything. I had faced the same issue. I checked on the official site for drivers, tried windows update, etc but nothing worked. At the end I had go back on XP. So some of the old hardwares are not compatible with Vista. You must verify each and every stuff before installing the same.
