I am using Office 2007 on Vista Ultimate System. Due to some problem in the system I need to reinstall my office. But the problem is I am not getting the product key of this copy. I tried searching it everywhere but seems like I lost. How and where can I find the product key again for my Office?

Well that is not a huge problem if your office is yet installed in the system. I would like to know whether it is OEM or retail version. You said you lost the keys but do you have the CD with you? If yes, product key should be in the CD itself with a sticker.
Alternatively you can download some third party programs that will help you finding out the product key from registry. But make sure your software is installed. One I have used “Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder” . Install this and follow the onscreen instructions. At a stage it will show you numbers in five set of five letters like this xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. This should be your product code.
If try out searching for the product key manually in the registry it will be next to impossible because it use to be encrypted. Hence better you should go with key finder applications. The one mentioned above is surely effective, and there are many more options like
