I had bought a ultimate steal promotion package of office 2007. But I am not able to activate office through that. When I enter the product key in the box it says it is not a valid key. Office setup is not at all recognizing the key. Does anyone knows why. I am trying to activate the trail version of Office that I am using. Is there a separate kind of setup available for the ultimate steal promotion package.
I am also getting the same issue. I had bought the same edition and it looks that the purchase is simply a waste of money. I am trying to run the key on trail version of office. It looks there is some kind separate setup available that would be required to use this key.
This a bit weird. It must work. I was looking to buy that steal edition but did not got anything related to that. Did you tried to contact Microsoft and ask for help on the activation part. I am sure there you would be able to get the right answer about your problem. I too think the setup would be different for the same.
