Blue screen during Windows 2003 server installation on Intel(R) Desktop Board
DG33BU.
I checked the Intel website state that: Intel® Desktop Boards do not support
Windows Server 2003. PLEASE HELP!!

You have your answer in the error message:
Desktop Boards do not support Windows Server 2003
So choose anothe Operating system or buy hardware for servers.

I beg to differ. I have a number of installs of server W2K3 on desktop
boards, and they work fine (but I wouldn't want to use them for production)
Does the EM indicate where it is failing (eg a driver file) or a bit more of
an error message. Have you run any associated EMs into MS KB? Have you
ensured all of the hardware is installed securely?

Post those files somewhere
alternatively
c:\windows\memory.dmp
^^ with those files in hand, it's quite easy to say which driver is the root
cause of the problem.

"Not supported" doesn't mean "won't work".
It's intel's way of saying `well we don't want to mess with kids that decide
to install win2k3 on the home PCs`. The architecture of win2k3 and winxp is
extremely similar, it's even more similar between winvista and win2k8 :)
So....differences of the motherboard won't be causing a crash...and yes you
CAN install winxp drivers to win2k3 and vice versa. Even more - most 2k
drivers (pro/server) will work fine, and even vista and 2k8 are in the same
bunch.
The problem is: the more weird setup of drivers/hardware you have, the more
chance that you'll run into weird problems, hence they say `it's not
supported`.

Another point to be made...Are you doing an upgrade or a fresh install?
Looking at the M/board specs, there is nothing out of the ordinary to
suggest driver issues. If you are doing an upgrade, try a fresh build as
these tend to be more reliable
