Where can I find Picture Manager and download it?

I have installed Windows 2003 successfully and its working fine. However, Picture Manager is missing, i want to know if i can download and install it from somewhere??

Picture Manager doesn't come preinstalled with Windows 2003 . Its a part of MS office......

You will get it after installing any version of MS office. It is not available for download separately. There are some third party sites that pretend to have direct download for Picture Manager but trust me they'll just fool you out. If you want then you can download and install trail version of MS office 2003 or else you can buy its full version pack.
