Run Time Error '53' aprvmsoaddin.dll missing Visual Basic (Word Ex

I dont know why I am getting a missing file error for the file aprvmsoaddin.dll that is related to Visual Basic. It seems to appear only when I am opening any MS Excel and Word 2007, but it will not do the same with any other programs. I have already tried to repair it, uninstalled and reinstalled it as well many times, but still facing the same issue. Can anyone help? Thanks.

There is a small step to fix the issue. For that first run cmd in admin account. In that type the following command sfc /scannow. This will scan your system for any corrupt files and fix them. It might prompt you windows installation disc in case of any issue detected. That would be the most easiest way to fix the issue. You have to run a repair setup of whatever application which is giving you that error.
