Interactive logon process initialization has failed.
I am having a Windows Vista computer which was working fine until yesterday night when i turned it off. Today morning when i started the system, it found an error message on my screen saying :
"Interactive logon process initialization has failed. Please consult the event log for more details."
Just to test, i restarted the system and found the same error again. Infact it is looping now. I dont have any idea regarding this. Any solutions?
RE: Interactive logon process initialization has failed.
As the error said, did you checked the Event Viewer? What was mentioned over there? If you dint checked yet, click Start, type Event Viewer, Open Event Viewer and copy paste the log here to help us analyze the problem.
However if you want to fix it right now, simply insert your windows vista installation CD, boot from CD, and from the window where you see "Install" you will find an option "Repair". Instead of installing the system, simply click on Repair. once done problem will be fixed.
