I have saved all my message on a memory card appearing with windows icon for each folder. I am not sure How I can transfer those into outlook So I can keep a historical archive for my business. Can you please help me.

Well you need to connect the message store either to Windows Mail or Outlook Express on your laptop before you start exporting them to outlook.

You need to install Windows Mail or Outlook Express, now drag and drop the eml files to the Outlook Express or Windows Mail folder. After doing this process you will be able to use Outlook importing functions and filters to transfer emails from OE to Outlook. Even you can use Outlook Import Wizard.
1. Create new structure of directories on your hard disk.
2. Organize eml or msg files in those directories.
3. Import eml and msg files to outlook preserving the folder structure.
Re: Import Outlook Express messages into Outlook on different compute
Hello Scott,
I tried the above process suggested by you but I am getting error while doing the same. Please check the below error message.
Export FROM Windows Mail or OE do NOT import FROM WM or OE. The reason? If you import within Outlook the Modified date of every message you import gets changed to the date of import. Outlook uses the Modified
Date for archiving purposes amongst others so importing throws that out.
