Am using XP Media Center 2005. Recently I installed Nero 7 Premium on this computer for DVD / CD burning purpose. Everything is working fine but since I installed Nero, I keep getting a Pop up every now and then saying “NMIndexStoreSvr.exe has encountered a problem.”
Any idea what had gone wrong? Any help to get rid of this? Thanks.
Yes it is because of Nero itself. Infact Nero Scout is a database program that catalogs all of the media files on your computer and that makes this database available to other programs in the Nero 7 product package. In order to fix it, simply uninstall Nero 7 completely from the system, delete its reference files and folders from Program files and install it again. Error should be gone.
