How - copy Outlook 2007 account settings from Vista to XP machine?
I have a laptop that is running on Windows Vista and it usually needs to go in for a service and wants to use my XP desktop to read my messages until it is fixed. Both the systems have office 2007 installed on the system. I am able to copy the .PST file over to my XP desktop no issues. I am able to eexport and import my rules without any issues. But it seems to me like I have to manually recreate all 200 odd POP email accounts that I want to track by using Outlook. I have tried many troubleshooting methods but nothing seems to be working for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can export the email settings from Outlook and use the same on some other system. But I do not think there is a automated way to move all the emails. For that you have to manually copy paste the .pst folder from a Vista system to a XP system and then the mails will be visible. While to export just click on Import & Export located under File and there click on Export. You can choose the set of options here what you want in another system.
