HP Office Jet All-In-One 6100 Series 6110 Scanner Problems
I have already tried to install and reinstall the software and all the drivers and although the printer and fax both are working, but I am unable to get the scanner to work. When ever I am trying to to run the scanner I am getting an error message on the device that is saying "Scanning Error. Cannot Connect to PC. Press Enter to Continue." I am then trying to start over but still getting the same error message? Can anyone please let me know any solutions? Thank you.

Can you try to uninstall all the HP printer driver from your pc and then try to reinstall them with the proper drivers disc. Incase you dont have them then you can download the drivers from the below link:

I have also got the same HP printer with Windows Vista and am also not able to connect the scanner to the computer? It was working fine on Windows XP with all the drivers but not in Vista? Please help.
