Office 2007 Enterprise Won't Uninstall
I bought my pc from a local shop just recently. The computer came with Office 2007 and today I noticed that the functionality within Office Apps is gone? After some search I found out that I need to activate the software. So, I took my license information and clicked on the activate button but it wont do anything? I did this quite a few times after many restarts, but still it wont budge? So, I thought of reinstalling the whole and so I took my CD and tried to uninstall Office, but then I started to get an error message that the software has a corrupted file and cannot be uninstalled? What next should I do now?
Re: Office 2007 Enterprise Won't Uninstall
To remove Microsoft Office 2007 from Control Panel, follow these steps:
- Click Start.
- Click All Programs, and then open the Accessories folder (skip this step in Windows XP).
- Click Run, and then click in the Open box.
- Type appwiz.cpl, and then click OK.
- Locate the Microsoft Office entry in the list of currently installed programs.
- Select it, and then click Uninstall (or Remove in Windows XP).

Re: Office 2007 Enterprise Won't Uninstall
There is fix provided for the same from microsoft. You can download the same form below post. The fix will let you uninstall the Enterprise version of Microsoft office properly without any error. The issue looks with the framework version of your system. Try to get an update for framework 3.5 sp1. Due to incorrect version the removal is interrupted from the Add Remove program.
