Is there a way to disable TrustedInstaller?
I dont know how but this TrustedInstaller got installed on my machine. It usually goes out and comes back again, slows down the cpu and it gives many other problems in my Windows Vista machine. This piece of crap has to be the most pathetic tool ever made. How do I turn this tool off or completely remove it from my pc? Please help.
Re: Is there a way to disable TrustedInstaller?
It wont be a good idea to uninstall the Trusted Installer. You need it in your system because it is by default used in the system to protect your important files and sees that it dosent get mis-used. However, you will be able to take ownership shortcut only when it is necessary to modify any system file. TrustedInstaller comes in every Windows version after Vista and I dont think there is any way to remove it.
