Re: Allocated memory alert
You can disable this alert or change its threshold by using the Change Alert Notifications task in the Server Management Monitoring and Reporting taskpad. For more information, go to this link - http://blogs.technet.com/b/sbs/archi...07/433707.aspx
Re: Allocated memory alert
Could you please tell us how much memory you have on your server?
Re: Allocated memory alert
I have got 4gb memory on my server. I have noticed a few more times and store.exe if the largest process with about 400,000K and then 3 sqlservr.exe with 100,000 each. The task manager is showing that I have about 1gb free at any time. I have got a small network with four computers only.
RE: Allocated memory alert
You can try to adjust memory usage by using configuration options in SQL Server. When you start Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server memory usage may continue to steadily increase and not decrease, even when activity on the server is low. You can find more information on how to solve this issue from here - http://support.microsoft.com/?id=321363
Re: Allocated memory alert
I have heard that store.exe is designed to use whatever memory it needs and then release it as required. You can try to check out SQL instances on adjusting the allocated memory for SQL:
