Handwriting Recognition for Chinese IME Pad?

I have installed Chinese IME in my system running windows vista but i am not able to get handwriting recognition working. It was working fine before, don't know whats went wrong with it now, i am not able to enable it, it appears grayed.

Has anyone else faced such issue? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Ms office 7 in my case but that dint made any difference.Any help regrading this would be helpful.

Something might have gone wrong with your Chinese IME. It might have not get installed properly, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling it again.
