Office 2003 - Update cannot be applied

My system runs vista ultimate and i have installed Office 2003 recently. My system doesn't have any issue in installing updates for other programs but its not installing some updates for Outlook. I have tried installing SP3 for Office 2003 but i keep getting an error message saying "Update cannot be applied".

Is there anything i can try out to fix this issue???
