I need some help to edit photos in Microsoft Picture Manager. I am not able to do the same. It looks the images that I got in the email are protected. But in Picture Manager I cannot find any settings that allow me to disable the protection. I hope there would be some way.
I never heard that images are locked. I had found protection in Word and Pdf files but never in images. It looks there is some problem with the picture manager software. You must try to re-install office and then check again. I am sure it will work fine and there will be no issue with the same.
