Unable to install Adobe Flash Player at all
This is Windows XP Service Pack 2 system with OneCare installed. Couple of days ago I by mistakenly made some changes in few windows directories and Onecare too made some changes later on. I think that was the reason which is now preventing me to install Flash Player on this system. So far I have tried installing Adobe flash more than 20 times but it gets failed every time.
Can anyone please tell me what I can do to fix the problem? Many Thanks.
Re: Unable to install Adobe Flash Player at all
Are you getting any error message during or after the installation gets failed? If yes, please post the exact error message here.
There are only two methods coming to my mind in order to get it fixed. First, uninstall Onecare completely from the system and then try to install Adobe Flash. See what happens. If still you get the same problem then (Secondly) insert the Windows installation CD and repair your windows. It will revert all changes you done by mistakenly.
Hope it helps.
