DDE Server window: OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error

I am getting the below error message if I am closing Outlook 2000 in Windows 2000:

DDE Server window: OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error

The instruction at "ox3ff54578" referenced memory at "0x3ff54578". The memory could not be "read"

This thing has started recently and when I am running the repair facility, then also it doesnt seem to help at all. I have all the latest Windows and Office Updates available? Thanks for any help.
