Vista's defrag runs in the background anyway.
But if you run it manually, unlike XP version, this one will jsut tell
you if its fragmented or not, but not by how much. Most other
defragger's will give a Anyalyze and a defrag option then show a graph
of how fragmented your harddrive is.
if you want a full defraging software that will anlayze it so you know
if its worht defragging grab Defraggler ( made by same folks who made
Ccleaner, os its pretty solid bit of software) or Auslogics DiskDefrag.
