Add DVD content to Windows Media Player library
I have a old movie dvd and when i explore it to see a VIDEO_TS folder which includes .BUP, .IFO, and .VOB files. I want to know if there is a way by which i can add them to Windows Media Player library and play then one after the other??? I don't know if it it is but if it is possible than please let me know how.
Re: Add DVD content to Windows Media Player library
I don't think there is a way by which you can add BUP and .IFO files to the Windows Media Player library. I will like to inform you that BUP and .IFO files are for small functions of the dvd like indexing. Amongst .BUP, .IFO, and .VOB files only VOB has video information. You might have noticed that .BUP and .IFO are small in size where as VOB might be in GB's. In order to play .VOB files in Windows Media Player you can change its extension to .mpg. I am not sure if you will be able to add it in WMP library or not but you will be able to play it.
