from where I can download Hebrew proofing tools, office 2007?

I recent purchased a new Office suite which is by default in Hebrew language. I checked all its application, all in same language and wont allow me to change to English. After searching I found that it can be done using Hebrew proofing tools. So can anyone please tell me where can I download Hebrew proofing tools?

The issue is that Multilingual User Interface packs are basically fully localized and they will also cost you around $25 since they are bought separately. I dont know whether this were availble at the time when Office 2007 was released. But in any case if you have bought one then you must be able to install it on your computer and use it accordingly.

I am also using Office 2007 and have also installed Proofing tools that has some Estonian language. The computer is running on Windows XP. When I go into the language settings of Office options then I have Esronian added and set as the first editing language. But if I am trying to spell check then it gives me some kind of error message? Does anyone know how do I solve this problem?
