I am getting a error while trying to install Acrobat Professional 8 on my Vista system. The detailed error is -- ERROR 1935. AN ERROR OCCURRED DURING INSTALLATION OF ASSEMBLY 'MICROSOFT.V8O.MCF,Version="8.0.50727.163",type="win32", public key token="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b", processor architecture="X86", please refer to Help and Support for more information. Does anyone can help me to find the solution for this. I am using a HP Pavillion DV600 laptop.
Contact Adobe for the same. It looks there is some issue with the installation. I had seen this kind of different issues on Vista system. The issue can lie with Adobe setup. You can try finding the right edition of Adobe installer for your Windows.
The problem lies with VC++ runtime. Adobe installer requires the same. You can re-download and update the same in your system. It is the best way to fix the issue. Also run Windows Update and see that you can find anything related to Visual C++ Runtime.
