I bought a new laptop with recent hardware, hence want to sell me desktop. Now problem is I lost the product key of my Office 2003 that is installed on the existing system. Now as am selling this PC I’ll obviously format it and will need to install office on my new laptop. So can anyone let me know how can I find the product key of installed office 2003 ?
Well searching for the Product key manually on system is next to impossible because it use be under some registry key and that too encrypted. Hence what you can do is download / install any third party key finder program. This will help you to get the key that you can use on your laptop. I can suggest you some apps like Belarc Advisor , magical Jellybean key finder, etcc.
