Re: error code 0x80090019, cant restore or start in safe mode
Can you give us more information? Do you get any more to the error noticed than the number you provided? Why you are not able to boot into safe mode, what happens when you try? Does your keyboard have a USB connection? If so, do you have an adapter that allows it to be plugged into a PS2 port?
Re: error code 0x80090019, cant restore or start in safe mode
I have included the key because the code as I understand is part of windows genuine advantage authentication software and I know mine is authentic. The error code says " a problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the license for this computer, Error Code: 80090019". When I press F8 during start-up, no matter if I hold it down of tap it, it is if I am not even doing it. The system will load up to the password screen or to the restore screen if I have the CD in. My keyboard is a wireless and has a cord with a usb and a keyboard plug together, they are both plugged in and will work except when I get to the restore screen.
