MCSE is stands for "Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer".. with this certification. you can get job regarding system engg.. But the All work is Done In LAN(Local Area Networking). with Hubs and Swithces
CCNA stands for "CISCO Certified Network Associate " The Work Done In CCNA with routers..... This is On Demands Certification....
re: career in Hardware and Networking
If you are already in the Networking system then I will suggest you to go for CCNA certification, Cisco offers two possible exam track options of either one or two exams.
- The Single Exam Approach
- Exam Number: 640-802 CCNA
- The exam consists of 50-60 questions over 90 minutes and covers all CCNA exam topics
- The Two Exam Approach
- Exam Numbers: ICND1 and ICND2
- The two exam approach consists of 640-822 ICND1 and 640-816 ICND2
- 640-822 ICND1 consists of 50-60 questions over 90 minutes
- 640-816 ICND2 consists of 45-55 questions over 75 minutes
But If you have not enough time to prepare to yourself then Only one exam required to become a CCNA and it covers all topics, Single Exam would be More time efficient than taking two exams, More cost effective than taking two exams. Exam cost when taking this approach is $150.00 US versus $125.00 US each for the Two Exam approach. This becomes 7,500 to 8,000 for this examination

CCNA
CCNA is the entry-level Cisco certification and is the foundation for CCNP as well as CCIP and CCVP Certifications.
A CCNA candidate will achieve familiarity and expertise with Cisco's IOS, TCP/IP, LAN and WAN technologies and management, switching and routing protocols, the OSI model, LAN troubleshooting.
CCNA certifies that the candidate has the ability to select, connect, configure, and troubleshoot various Cisco networking devices.
Popular combinations with CCNA are MCSE and CCNP
Networkers Guru offers CCNA training in 3 different tracks – Regular track, Fast track, Superfast track.
The CCNA training is conducted using real Cisco equipment. We do not use simulation software. Following equipments are available for the CCNA classes:
