Volume Shadow Copy Service errors
I am using Veritas Backup Exec vs 10 for auto backups each night and am getting the below error message everytime:

I am not able to find any specific on these Event IDs in Microsoft Knowledge Base. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

The problem that you are facing can occur because of an issue in the Volsnap.sys file. This issue generates a deadlock condition. In the deadlock condition, the system I/O is suspended.
