cannot delete file -- cannot read from source file or disk

I am getting "cannot delete file.. cannot read from source file or disk" error message? How can I delete a particular file? Thanks for any info.

I think that the entries might be corrupt. It is suggested that you should have a backup if there is something wrong with Chkdsk. So, try to go to Start > Run > CHKDSK /F > OK > Y > and then Restart computer.
