MSVCR80.dll is missing !!

hiiii guys .. i hope u can help me wiz this :

my messenger doesnt work ... everytime i open it i get a message that the file MSVCR80.dll is missing and that i have to reinstall the programe i tried to reinstall it but it didnt work i downloaded the file from www.dll-files.com and i coped it into windows\system32 and the message changed into " the application falied to initialize properly (0×80000003) click on ok to termiante the application " and i have no idea wat does it mean :no:

do not copy in system32 folder copy in system folder
