What ! Even when your on-line?
Could be the server for the gadget is off-line.
Try another weather gadget, there's lots of them.

Re: The embedded Weather gadget shows "Service not available" all the time.
Make sure you don't have two firewalls running.
Windows Vista has a built in firewall and AntiVirus Security Suites usually
include one, too.

Re: The embedded Weather gadget shows "Service not available" all
I just returned from an overseas trip (from UK to Sweden).
Changed times to CET and while out there found my Sidebar Weather gadget had
stopped working, whereas it had worked just fine beforehand.
Now the time settings have been returned to UK settings and after several
restarts, I still have the same problems with the notice that "Service not
available in your language or region".
I didn't realise "English" was so out of fashion.
Any ideas folks?

Re: The embedded Weather gadget shows "Service not available" all
Thanks Casco,
I've got it back now. Seems I may have changed region while I was working
in Sweden lately.
Seems to work ok with it set to "UK" now, for any Brits with the same problem.
Appreciate the help.
