Can I deactivate my Microsoft Office 2007? If so how?
I recently bought a brand new Dell laptop and also bought Office Student and Home 2003 full version. It came already installed with the laptop but I received the CD as well so that I can use it in future. I also have a desktop at my home which is used by my brother. The desktop was running with Office 97. My brother simply uninstalled 97 and used my Home and Student CD to install it on his desktop and activated the same using the license key written on the back of the cover.
Now on my laptop, it shows that I have just 25 days left to use Or activate. Cana anyone please tell me how can I deactivate this suite from any one of these systems?

Hello Shipper, I guess you are making some mistake. First, please confirm whether you are using Office Home and Student or some another edition of Office.
Second, If it is Student and Home then you would have received 3 license key with this product because this edition is officially allowed to be installed on three systems.
Reply back with correct information.

You said you bought a new computer and this office suite came pre-installed with the same. Are you sure it came with the genuine copy which you bought? Because all new computers come with Pre-installed OEM products that use to be TRAIL office suites. I guess you received the Trail pre loaded. Just confirm with the seller about the same.

Because it's what's preinstalled. A lot of people buy computers without fully understanding what exactly they are getting for their money.
