I am using a D-link DWA-547 which was working fine on Windows XP but now that I have shifted to Windows Vista the XP drivers are not working or getting installed on the new OS. What should I do to get this router to work in Vista system. It will just not install any drivers, please help me. And thank you for any reply in advance.
Have you tried going on the dlink manufacturer website and from their you can easily download the drivers for the D-link DWA-547 wireless router. They have listed the Driver/Utility DWA-547 v1.60 Win2k/XP/Vista which can be downloaded from here. After downloading simply right click on the zip file and then unzip it and then double click the .exe file to install the drivers for the router. Hopefully it will work without any issues.
