Error 0x80070643 when installing WSUS 3.0 on Win2k3 Server SP2

I am trying to upgrade from WSUS 2 to WSUS 3 but it is failing with an error message that states "Error 0x80070643: Fatal error during installation". Since it uninstalled the WSUS 2 so I tried installing WSUS 3 again, but everytime I got the same error message on my Windows 2003 Server with service pack 2. Check out the below WSUSSetup.log file that I have pasted:

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

Are you by any chance having the Windows Script Host installed or enabled on the computer?

Thanks a bunch because that seems to be the problem. After I installed Windows Script Host and restarted then WSUS 3 installed properly without any issues.
