BSOD on shutdown
I am getting blue screen on 3 different pc at the same time. Among them two is a laptop and one is a desktop. I am using Windows XP SP2 on all of them. The system starts and works well on boot. But then there is a bluescreen error and it crashes. The error is IRQL Not Less or Equal. The complete error report is listed below :
- PC1 - 0x1000000A (0X000000b0, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8052d696)
- PC2 - 0x1000000A (0X000000b0, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x8052d4dA)
- PC3 - 0x1000000A (0X000000b0, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x805EE24B)
Through the above errors how can I troubleshoot my pc. I tried ample of things but nothing worked.

It is necessary to find out the cause of crash. You can get a more detail information on the error inside Event Viewer. Just boot your system in Safe Mode first. If it does not crash then there is software fault only. But if any of those crash then disconnect any hardware or device connected. In Safe Mode go inside Event Viewer. Check the latest error report and post the same here. This will be simply more easier to fix the problem you are facing.

I was getting a similar bsod error on two systems separately. Later on after fiddling out with various settings I found the problem lies with the printer driver. I had installed a new printer on my system and its driver was not compatible with windows. Which was causing the blue screen. I removed the driver and installed a older edition which resolved the problem. It worked fine till now. You will also have to check the same.

There can be issue with ram also. I will advice you to run memory test here. There are some bootable memory test software available on the web. One of them is Memtest. It works through a bootable DVD. Just boot your system with that and then run a full system scan. If you get any errors on the scan then it simply means the ram sticks which you are using are damage. Memory problem is one of the most common issue with blue screen errors.

I think some recent updates in your system has caused the failure. You can try running system restore one by one on each system. That would give you a temporary relief. But if the issue caused via windows update then bluescreen will come back once updates are installed on your system. Just run system restore first and then test back. I think that will be simply more appropriate in fixing the issue.
