HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4167B

My HL-DT-ST-DVDRAMGSA-4167B dvd burner has stopped working and it is shown up in device manager with an exclamation point. In my case i had installed trail version of cyberlink but after its trail period got over i wasn't able to install the original driver that came up with dvd burner. I thought i would uninstall the newer one and will install original driver from the CD. However after uninstalling newer driver, dvd burner has stopped working and i am not able to install the original driver from the CD. What are my options now????

If your system is having floppy drive or usb port than you can insert the disk in some other system and copy the drivers in to a floppy or usb flash drive. Once copied you can insert floppy or connect usd drive it to your system and point the installer directly to the driver and follow the installation process.
