Currently am using Office 2007 trial on my Vista system. Other apps are working good but this Outlook seems very slow. I have used this for a month on the same speed and cannot continue with this anymore. Hence am thinking to remove the same get back to Office XP Outlook. But the only thing concerned is whether I will loose my emails as this was trial version of Outlook ?
I tried searching Microsoft forums regarding this but dint found any. Please help.
If you used the new unicode format for your .pst (Look under File->Data Management, then highlight your .pst file and select settings Personal Folder File is the unicode type) you will need to create a new 97-2002 style.pst file and copy your items to that. You can then remove the unicode .pst file and uninstall Office. Reboot and then install Office XP.
Wow that’s great. Can you please help with step by step process or provide any url with the complete instructions. By doing this I guess I wont need to reinstall Office Xp. Thank you
