I downloaded a music file from iTunes in WMA format and store it on my PC. Now when I try to play the music it goes online to acquire some license. When it opens the browser, first it redirects me to somewhere else and tells me to download a game called something puzzlemaster.
If I skip that page, it quits. Again when I try playing the music it again opens the browser and tells me to download the game. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you .
Well dude, anything download from iTunes (secured website) should not behave like this. Infacti have heard something like this for the first time related to iTunes. So I strongly suspect that your system is infected with any virus or malware. You must run a complete system scan using any updated and good antivirus program,
First of all I am not able to understand how can you download any file in WMA format from iTunes. You are really messing out something. I don’t think you downloaded it from iTunes.
