Silent certificate installation

How can i install certificate on client system silently. I have set up CA authority and it has issued certificates automatically but as soon as i am clicking on "Install certificate" I am getting warning messages and i am not able to install it. So i want to know if it is possible to install the certificate without user intervention?

As far as a i am aware you wont be able to install certificate on client system silently without user intervention. If at all if you disable controls successfully than any hacker can easily install certificates into their user store and they will be able to add certificates to root store without ones knowledge.
