Vista Media center does not recognize my Asus 7134TV tuner card

I bought a new Asus 7134TV tuner card, installed it on my desktop running with Windows Vista but seems like Vista Media center does not recognizes the same. I tried out few things to fix it but yet the problem exists. Is there any way I can make my TV Tuner card detected with Vista Media Center ? Please help.

I don’t think that Asus 7134TV tuner is compatible with MCE2005 with a Media Center compatible driver and hardware encoder on the card. Hence obviously it will not be supported in Vista Media Center.

What you can do to make it work is only if Acer can make it compatible with his own TV application running in any version of Vista

Yeah update your drivers for windows Vista. Also check if your TV-Tuner is compatible with media center. You can do that from microsoft's website.
