Vista refuses to use bluetooth headset
I am having a Vista laptop. I bought a bluetooth headset. I was able to pair that with Vista. When I had turned it on, Vista detected as a new hardware. The wizard on the screen started to find the drivers. I kept the setup on automatic installation. But once when the installation was done, there no device listed. I tried to check in Vista, but there was nothing. When I run any audio, there is no sound at all. I had got the drives from the official website and it looks to be installed quiet well.
Re: Vista refuses to use bluetooth headset
Try Windows Update. It will have some default drivers. There are some software that offers you inbuilt drivers. Like Bluesoleil. This tool has set of internal drivers that is universal and works for a number of devices. So if you are not able to find a proper vista drivers you can simply locate third party bluetooth drivers which are compatible with tons of devices and with all edition of Windows.
