Opening the modem device failed with error 000005aa

I am trying to install a bluetooth dongle on my system. When I try to do the same I am getting a error. The error is Opening the modem device failed with error 000005aa. It looks like some kind of hardware conflict in my system. I can see the modem listed but somehow it is not working really well. I am trying to install the same directly through device manager. But there can be some other thing also responsible for the same error. Can anyone guide me on it.

Looks like some kind of hardware failure. Because if once the modem is detected it must work with appropriate driver and if it is giving you error then try to check the same on some other pc. I think the device is faulty. Or you are trying a wrong driver that is causing the problem.
