If i currently have 2 nics on 1 server with different ips and team them
together to have one ip address ( both on same switch) will this cause
problems? also i cant find out how to team the two nics they are both
intel 1000 mt nics
please help multiple dns entries causing me problems (this is on a dc

Depends on your hardware. Not every NIC supports teaming. Whats your server
hardware? Have you checked the vendor website. E.g. Hp has special teaming
software.

You need to download the latest full INTEL driver set, then you use device
manager ( which will then have extra property tabs ) and you can set up
teaming, You MUST do this from the console or a VNC session, if you do it
from an RDP session it will mess up, it's a well known bug.
Make sure your switch supports teaming and that the feature is enabled
though
