To find out what is wrong you will need to do some troubleshoot. Start with checking the DNS configuration first. Just make sure that all DNS server are pointing themselves under NIC preferred DNS. In case the Server IP-Address is 192.168.0.1 then the preferred DNS should also be 192.168.0.1.
Apart from this you will also need to check your client workstations if they are only using their local available DNS server(s) on their NIC DNS configuration. Make sure you dont put the ISP DNS server or any other DNS on the client or DNS Server NIC properties

Thank you very much for the help Oshea. I followed your suggestions and found that both servers and clients have static IP addresses. ISP DNS servers are configured under Forwarders.

Hello Galiher. I have been through exactly the same problem. Installing KB885887 finally fixed our problem. So just go ahead and do the same.
