hp psc 1315 all in one problems

When i try to install printer software on windows vista(rtm edition) i become this error mesage(see picture).Please help me.

What type of drivers are you trying to install. Did you checked the version. It is quiet important that you must first verify the driver edition. It is quiet required. Because of the driver editions does not match with Vista or with the system OS then you will face issue here. There is one more way available to find the drivers is via windows update. Just run update and then test back. That will be more helpful I think.

Problems ar not drivers but software that i become with printer.I cant not install this software program.

The printer which you are talking about does not has drivers for Windows Vista. You must here try to run a manual update and I think that will be simply enough to fix the issue. You can also find the driver update from Vista DVD or through Windows Update. I had tried to install the same printer on my workstation via Windows server. But that did not worked. The same is simply working really well on Windows XP.

Did you tried downloading the drivers from the official website. That will be simply more helpful. I am giving you the driver link below. You can simply choose the right version of operating system from below link and then download the right driver needed. I think this would be enough to fix the issue. If this does not work then try once windows update. I am sure that will help you.
