Question about Sharepoint 2003 and Outlook 2003

Hi all, I would deeply appreciate it if anyone can help me out on this...

Is it possible to sync a calendar in Outlook 2003 to Sharepoint 2003?
I know that you can link a calendar in Sharepoint to Outlook, and if you enter any kind of events on the SP calendar, it will show in Outlook. I have a calendar in Outlook that has all kinds of events for a dept that I need to show in Sharepoint.

Is this even possible?

I am a newbie...
My organization is still running 2k3 with sharepoint 2k3, I need to have a form for users to see and submit which then goes to a database that notifies me and I can run reports on, this database will not be visible to the users.
Guidance in all aspects would be greatly appreciated:
1) program to create form: excell, acrobat...
2) posting insight...
