One the installation off Office 2007 RTM was done I found that there is a problem with print driver. I am not able to use Document Image Writer. I had option to save the files in tiff but it looks a bit complicated to work on the same. I cannot find the save as option and now it is getting annoying day by day. But the same was available on Office 2003. How that was not available in Office 2007.
Try to go under Import Preference and and see what you can find there. You can find that under Tools and then click on others. There you can find File Import Preferences. You can click on that and manage the settings as per your need. I think it is the only way. Or else you will need to run the setup once again and add components that are missing in your system.
That is the reason I had not upgraded to office 2003. It is quiet simple and has all the option available that is needed. Sometime this can be a waste of time to find out the settings in new edition and again you have to revert back on old settings. But I found that you can still use Office 2007 without removing Microsoft Office 2003.
