Can I download Microsoft office picture manager? If so where?

Guys i am looking for Microsoft office picture manager but i am not able to find it anywhere, I have been searching for it around the web but no luck yet. I have come across some site where they have put up download link for it but either they want me to pay for it or their link is broken. I want to know if there is any site from where i can download it for free??

Myra Microsoft Office Picture Manager is included with Microsoft Office suite versions 2003 and higher, it is not available as separate software for now. If you want then you can download Microsoft Office 2003 and get hold of office picture manager, best of luck.
