Could not load all ISAPI filters for site/service

I keep on getting a message constantly on my screen. The message is : Could not load all ISAPI filters for site/service. I am getting this message again and again after I had installed Windows Small Business Server SP1. The setup was working fine but somehow this error generated. It looks some recent windows updates is responsible for the same. Any idea how to deal with the problem. I am sure there will be some way to sort out the problem.

Which type of site you are trying to open and you are getting the error. Is it a companyweb, owa or a remote connectivity. A number of time when some server based sites are not running you get the kind of error. You can find more detail in the error log.
