The same file could be residing in \windows\system32 so, you need to ensure to enable viewing system files. Incase it is not there copy it from the XP installation disk, by expanding ntprint.dl_. If it is there what is the date stamp on the file and the file size?
I checked that but it now gives me an error that states "operation could not complete", when I press that add printer button?
dude even i m facing d same problem...i tried everything u said...bt i stil cant figure out d problem...when i entered in cmd the command u said "cscript c:\windows\system32\prnmngr.vbs -ac -p \\printserver\printshare"
i get an error "unable to add printer connection win32 error code 1801"
wat shud i do?? pls help...
